Feature Highlight: Message-to-Pay

Message-to-Pay allows patients to make secure payments directly from their personal device without needing to log into the Patient Portal. Save time and hassle by making patient payments more convenient for everyone with Message-to-Pay!

How It Works

Your office can easily send a link to patients directly from the Account Module. This allows the patient to make a one-time payment, or save a card on file for future payments, as well as view their balance or statement.

You have the option to send Message-to-Pay via email at no additional cost, by text with applicable Integrated Texting fees, or send both at once!

You’ll have the chance to preview the message as well as customize or edit it before sending. This allows your office the ability to tailor the patient experience to each individual, or you can simply stick with the default message; no need to rewrite the classics!

Once sent, a statement is generated and can be viewed in the account. Now your job is done and the rest is in the patient’s hands. You’ll save time by making it more convenient for patients to pay their balance.
