What is your favorite thing to do after a long day at work?
I like to relax by playing video games, watching TV, or reading a book.
Do you think you’d survive a zombie apocalypse? Why or why not?
I most likely would not survive long. I don’t have any survival skills, and I need to wear strong prescription glasses to see. If anything happened to my glasses, that would be it for me.
What do you wish you were an expert on?
I wish I was an expert in computer science.
What is one of your secret talents?
I am surprisingly good at making baked goods like cookies.
Life at Open Dental
What is your role at Open Dental and how long have you been here?
I am a support technician. I am also a Sheet Design Coordinator, an Onboarding Coordinator, a Responder, and a Triage Coordinator. I also do internal and external training.
What has been your favorite part about working at Open Dental?
My favorite part of working at Open Dental is that there are a variety of positions and roles that are available to participate in.
What is one piece of advice you’d give to a new Open Dental customer?
I would advise new customers to utilize our support and our online webinars as much as possible to get comfortable with using Open Dental.

My favorite Open Dental feature is the Help question mark at the top of most windows that will open our manual to the informational page you need.
