Do you think you’d survive a zombie apocalypse?

Oh most definitely, 2 words: rations and rounds!!

What do you wish you were an expert on? 

Combustion Engines – generating thousands of horsepower without blowing up an engine is fascinating to me.

What is one of your secret talents? 

Cooking. I love coming up with new recipes, especially in a slow cooker.

Life at Open Dental

What is your role at Open Dental and how long have you been with us? 

My main role is an Implementations Coordinator but I spend a good amount of time assisting Advances Services, Technical and Clinical Escalations. I am just shy of 8 years at Open Dental.

Note: Our Implementations Coordinators are technicians who work with large multi-location practices. They are well-versed in every aspect of Open Dental, both clinical and technical.

What has been your favorite part about working at Open Dental? 

Recognition of talents and hard work. The company events are pretty spectacular too.

What is one piece of advice you’d give to a new Open Dental customer? 

Test features and different scenarios on test patients in your system.

What is your favorite Open Dental feature? 

Clinics – managing hundreds of locations in a single database is pretty awesome.
