Web Sched consists of four major features, Web Sched New Patient, Web Sched Existing Patient, Web Sched Recall, and Web Sched ASAP. These can each be used as standalone features, or with the eServices Bundle for a discounted price! If you want to really maximize the effectiveness, combine them with Integrated Texting for easy patient communication.
Web Sched New Patient
Web Sched New Patient enables you to efficiently expand your patient base by allowing prospective patients to schedule an appointment online. You can add provider pictures and descriptions to the scheduler if you want to give patients more ability to select the provider they schedule with.

Web Sched Existing Patient allows returning patients to schedule emergency visits or other types of appointments that you choose. Offer cosmetic whitening, emergency appointments, or combine with Web Sched Recall so patients can schedule their next cleaning if they are on your website.

Web Sched Recall can automate your recall list by periodically sending emails or text messages to patients who are due for cleanings. They can then easily click on a link to schedule their appointment online. Their appointment offerings will adhere to their due dates, so you never have to worry about a patient scheduling too early.

Web Sched ASAP
If you need to fill up your appointment book, look no further than Web Sched ASAP! This feature allows you to send email or text messages to patients on the ASAP list. Simply send an email or text message to a patient to allow patients on the ASAP list to quickly claim the open slot through an online link.

What Happens in Open Dental
When a patient schedules their appointment online using any of these features, an Alert will appear for all subscribed users. You can also use the Web Sched Appointments Report to review these appointments.
