Our largest pool of resources are our Webinars and Tutorials. These are videos we’ve created with knowledgeable Open Dental technicians that cover a vast array of topics. We have playlists for specific modules, topics, and even job titles. Make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel so you don’t miss any new videos!
Help Feature
Need to find out what a certain button or setting does? Click the ? in the upper right corner of the window! This opens the Help Feature for the page you are looking at. Each button and setting is described on these pages so you know exactly what you’re looking at or where to find where that information comes from.
Workflow Pages
After you’ve clicked on the ? in Open Dental, the entire help feature is available to you. This includes pages like workflows, which have interactive guides and step-by-step instructions on common scenarios. Find them in the Table of Contents or by searching “How To”.
Online Training
If you learn best by working with someone one on one, consider an online training session with one of our Open Dental trainers! Our trainers will remote connect with you so you can get a hands-on training. See our Fees page for more information on pricing.
