Where can I see how many subscribers have a specific Carrier?

Here are a couple of options:

  1. Go to Lists > Carriers, then double-click on the carrier – a total subscriber count and list of subscribers will display.
  2. Our Query Examples page has loads of options for custom reports and you can narrow the results by using the Filter options at the top. To find a close match, we will use “carrier” in the first filter.
    Query 26 provides a list of subscribers for a specific carrier. Just edit the carrier name where indicated.

    Query 118 provides a mailing list of Guarantors of patients with a specific carrier.
